By placing an order at this site you enter a purchase contract and agree to the terms & conditions.

3. To misrepresent your age is a felony charge. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law.
4. The contract of sale is subject to normal conditions of Swedish law.
5. The contract is only binding for both parties, when the BRKK Group has registered payment.



Delivery

6. The products will be send as soon as possible, and you will receive them 1 - 8 workdays after the purchase, depending on the shipment method. The snus will be send to the address given by you.

7. Payment can be done with your Visa, Mastercard and Payson account.

10. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are free from these taxes. Should there be any charge, taxes or duty in the country where the snus is being delivered, the receiver is responsible for these and will therefore be responsible for such a payment.
